First of all, my rental was gorgeous and I received so many compliments! Beyond that, I am not sure I would ever consider using All Borrow again in the future.
My original outfit did not arrive on the promised day. Not only did it not arrive, but I did not receive any information about its status. I immediately began attempting to contact customer service, to see what was going on. I never got an email response or response from the form I submitted on the website, but after several hours I did get a text from the customer service number.
The person I texted with was helpful, helped me pick a different outfit (unclear where the original was), and then again went completely silent. I texted the address of our hotel where I needed the package to arrive. No response to multiple messages. I finally got a notification that the package was delivered at my home, not the hotel address as requested. Many texts later, I received a call from a customer service representative and they were super helpful. Ultimately my outfit did arrive at our hotel, three days late and on the day of the event. It was so beautiful, and I have so happy to have something so gorgeous to wear.
Unfortunately, I never received a return label, so I had to return the outfit at my own expense. I still have not received a refund for my deposit, nor have I received any indication that they have received my return.
In short, the lehenga was beautiful once I had it, and the customer service was good when I was able to communicate with someone, but overall this was an expensive and inconvenient experience that I don’t plan to ever repeat.
