So, we have created a borrowhood, where we are your trusted neighbor that you can borrow quality occasional items from at a fraction of the retail price. Save money, save storage, and save the environment. Why buy for a one-time occasion when you can borrow?

Each item will have a different borrowing cost based on the product and the number of borrowing days selected.

The deposit is 50% of your total cart value and will be charged at checkout along with your rental fee. This deposit will be returned to you once the product(s) are returned in a timely manner (based on the duration of rental selected) and returned in good condition. The deposit will not be returned in the following cases: - If you return your item late, a late fee of $40 will be charged for each day the rental is late. This fee will be deducted from the deposit. In the case that the late fee surpasses the deposit amount, you will be invoiced for the remaining balance. - Damages beyond normal wear and tear (including but it not limited to: red wine stains, irremovable food stains, breakage or tearing that damage the garment beyond repair, and etc) - Lost or stolen item In these above incidences, your deposit will not be returned. In addition, you will be invoiced for the retail value of the product (minus the deposit).

No, at All Borrow we believe paid subscription and memberships are counterintuitive to sustainability. We believe people should borrow items based on their need and not in excess.

You will have an account that will store your information to make ordering your next item much easier! By inputting your precise measurements, not only will you receive a discount code but we will have a better understanding on your size to ensure your selected items will fit you properly. Your sizing information would be saved to ensure your next clothing item will fit you perfectly. If you are a lender, you must create an account to be in the database and have your items linked to you.
We know that there will be some special items that you want to keep all to yourself. You will have the option to buy an item instead of borrow. Unfortunately, if you have borrowed an item for a specific time and want to keep it, it might not be possible if it’s reserved for someone else for a later date after usage. All of our clothing is meticulously cleaned, inspected for quality, steamed and pressed, all by non-toxic substances through our partner dry cleaners that are highly rated and certified. The cleaning agents used are non-toxic, eco-friendly and designed to kill viruses and bacteria. Our process is built to ensure products reach the hands of each borrower in the highest quality standards, like NEW.
Our accessories, packaging, and other products are fastidiously disinfectant and sterilized in-house with non-toxic, eco-friendly, heavy-duty cleaning agents after they are returned to us.

We have made the majority of our items adjustable to allow for some flexibility! Each product page has a tab called "Size Guide." Once you click on it, it will provide exact measurement details in inches from minimum size to maximum size that each item would fit. Though our blouse sizes are also listed in detail and provide the blouse complementary, we always recommend to wear your own crop top with the sarees and lehengas as the blouse is not guaranteed. If you want to be extra cautious, it would definitely be beneficial to take your measurements and reach out to us with the product of your interest so we can let you know how it will fit! We advise that you check out the item’s reviews and photos as well.

That being said, if you update your measurements to the best of your ability on your profile and include your photo, once you check out your item we will do a secondary check of sizing to ensure the product will fit you. If we believe it won’t fit your measurements, within 24 hours we will send you an email letting you know and will provide product options to replace your order with.

We cannot ensure that each product will fit every body size perfectly. This is especially the case for blouses and that is why we caution to wear your own crop top with your outfit as the blouse is not guaranteed. We provide all sizing details in exact inches so we definitely recommend measuring yourself and cross-referencing the sizing under "Size Guide" in each product page to ensure fit before ordering. If you’re in doubt about the size, please contact us for styling guidance before placing your order. In the case that the actual outfit is completely off in sizing and does not fit at all, please contacts us within the first 24 hours after delivery with your inquiry and picture of the fit. We will work with you to provide a replacement or will credit your account. Items would need to be returned within the first 24 hours of delivery. All Borrow could potentially issue you a refund for the Rental Fee (excluding shipping and handling up to $50.00), so long as the Product, in our sole discretion, has not been worn.
Shipping is always free, both ways. We provide a prepaid shipping label to make the return process extremely easy for our consumers! We kindly ask you to save the box that the product comes in so that you can return in the same box. This is the most sustainable way. If you need expedited shipping on a last minute order, we charge an extra fee.
At this time, we only ship orders within the U.S. We will soon roll out our service to Canada. Stay tuned!
The default duration to keep an item is 4 days so you can keep it over the weekend. If you need the item for a longer time or are traveling and can’t return it within 4 days, you have the option to borrow the item for a longer duration and the cost of rental changes with each extra day.
All Borrow has been built with a mission to show more love for our planet and reduce our carbon footprint. So we would really appreciate it if you return your borrowed items in the same box and bags that they came in.
No, we will take care of all of it ourselves! We just want you to enjoy the product when you have it and we will take care of the rest.
Please give us a call or text if this happens. We will help you right away. Blouse zipper can be tricky and often get stuck especially during impact in shipment. If the zipper is stuck, our stylists can provide guides on how to fix it. if that does not work, we will find a local seamstress that provides same day service to fix this. We always suggest having a back-up blouse options for your outfit as blouses are not guaranteed and only provided complementary.
You can cancel your order up to 1 month before your start date for a full refund.
If you need to make changes to your order, navigate to the "Upcoming Orders" section of our website. If we haven't started packing your order, you can change your rental begin date, add an accessory and/or update your shipping address.* Unfortunately, we can't make any changes to orders that are already in the process of being packed or have already shipped from our fulfillment center.

*Orders typically get packed a few days before your rental begins.

Uh oh! if the damage is the typical wear and tear, don't worry about it!

However, if significant damage has been made, we will charge in proportion to the damage.

If a product is damaged beyond repair, lost or stolen, you will be charged the retail price for the item.

We will do our best to ensure your garments arrive wrinkle-free. If, in any case, your item arrives with wrinkles or creases, please try steaming the garment on low heat. Please do not iron any of the garments. Only steam. You can always contact us to get recommendations on how to best steam the garment.
Unfortunately, we do not allow any alterations. Good news is that we have made sure majority items are adjustable to the best of our ability! If you want to have a garment be adjusted to your precise measurements, you can contact us at help@allborrow.com

As consumers we know all too well how tedious and annoying returning can sometimes be. So we tried to build a system that could make it as EASY as possible for you.

1. Pack each borrowed item(s) in the box that they came in. Be sure to place the bags in the box(s) they came in.

2. Use the prepaid return label that came in the box and place it on the box.

3. Send your box back via your nearest shipping location (Shipping carrier name will be on your prepaid label).

4. Obtain a receipt of your package return drop off as reference.

Be sure to drop off your box at a store located in the United States by 12 p.m. on or before the return date specified in your order. This ensures that your package will be scanned by the next day and returned to All Borrow on time.

Here’s what happens if you return your order late: The next person who was planning on having this product and is super excited for it, will most likely no longer be able to receive it in time. You would hate to be that person yourself, so please be courteous to your borrowhood neighbor!

In order to ensure all customers have an exceptional experience, a late fee of $40 per day will be charged to your payment method. You will be charged up to 100% of the retail value for the items you rented, plus applicable sales tax. This late fee is in addition to the rental fee for the products.

Late Fee Policy Details:
  • Returns must be dropped off at the specified shipping carrier located within the United States by 12 PM on or before the return date specified in your order. This ensures that your package will be scanned by the next day and returned to All Borrow on time.
  • Please note that you are liable for any late fees incurred, regardless of any third party involved with the return.
  • If you lose the return packaging and slip, you are responsible for returning the item at your own expense by the expected return date, and providing All Borrow with a tracking number. Returns should be sent to the following address:
  • If you have not returned a borrowed item within a week of your return date, your late return will be considered a non-return and All Borrow will take your full deposit and invoice you for the remaining retail value of each item.

We do not. To ensure our products are worthy of our next customer, we have a meticulous process in place to make the product look and feel in its best condition. All these systems are in place to reduce any issues and dissatisfaction with the item because it would be a lose-lose situation for us all!

However, there are circumstances where we would issue a refund:

1. The measurements of the item you receive are vastly different and in no way fit.

2. The item was delivered by shipping carrier with damage to the box and therefore damage to the product.

3. We did not send you the full item (e.g. there is a piece missing)

To be eligible for your refund:

1. Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it

2. Item must be in the original packaging and put back in the mail within 24 hours of receiving it

3. Email hello@allborrow.com with your reason for requesting a refund and a picture of the issue.

You can cancel your rental order subject to the following cancellation fees and policies:

- If you cancel thirty (30) or more days in advance of the delivery date, there is no cancellation fee and you will receive a full refund issued to the payment card you used for the order.

- If you cancel less than thirty (30) days but more than eight (14) days in advance of the delivery date, you will not receive any refund, but you will receive a full credit for the rental fee associated with the cancelled order that can be redeemed with a unique code. This credit can be applied to a future All Borrow rental for one year from the date of cancellation.

- If you cancel within seven (14) days of the delivery date, the order will not be refunded. This is due to the shipping and logistics required for an order.

No! We take care of everything. You only pay the rental fee for the garment and accessories that you desire + a temporary deposit.
You can list your item(s) on our platform free of charge :) You get paid a commission any time your item(s) get rented on our platform! You get to choose if a) you want to send us the item(s) so we can do all the shipping and handling of the items for you and provide you with a commission or b) if you want to ship and handle your items yourself.
Send us an email to hello@allborrow.com with title Lending Program, attach clear and accurate pictures of each item you'd like to submit for rental, the description of the product, and the retail price that you bought them for. We will let you know if your items are approved and what the next steps are :)
Renting out your items is a great way to make passive income! If you have beautiful garments that you don't necessarily want to get rid of but their sitting idle in your closet, why not let them be loved by someone else while also having the ability to still use them whenever you choose! Besides, the income potential with renting an item over and over again is much higher than just selling it.
The minimum commitment duration is 120 days. At the end of the 120 days either party can choose to opt out of re-listing the product(s) on the platform. In that case, we will send back your item to you!
Yes! You can always book your items in advance if they're not booked for the intended dates. You can borrow your own items at no cost but would have to cover the shipping to and back to us.
Our team of experts will determine what price is a good starting point as rental based on similar items and knowledge of the consumer spending patterns on those items. The rental price is subject to be increased or decreased based on demand. We want to make sure we have the right price point to maximum your commission!
Yes, regardless of whether we or you are responsible for the storing, shipping, and handling of the items, a lender must have an account to ensure your listed in the database and your items can be linked to you in our back-end system :)
The good thing about our commission structure is that the commission percentage you receive is based on the revenue of the product(s) and not the net profit! Below is the general commission split if we are listing your items and handling them in-house. Lender Commission: 60% of rental price (or discounted rental price if promo codes are used) Platform Fees: 40% of the rental price (or discounted rental price if promo codes are used) will be appropriated to All Borrow. This is inclusive of processing, shipping, handling, dry-cleaning, storage, and all costs associated with the rental of the garments. The commission structure is subject to change on a case-by-case basis.
You receive your order on the first day of the selected rental date, by end of the day (some carriers deliver as late as 7:30PM depending on the volume of deliveries they have). Though we always aim to send you your package earlier than the intended rental start date, we cannot guarantee that it will get there anytime sooner. It is best to expect your package by (or before) latest 7:30 PM on the first day of the selected rental date.
Unfortunately any carrier delays are out of our control. However, if you inform us early enough of the carrier delay and the urgency to receive the outfit, we will due our very best to work with the carrier to get your package rerouted/expedited/ or in some instances, we will expedite ship an alternative outfit to you!
