I had a mixed experience with AllBorrow. While the dress itself was perfect and the initial help was great, the post-rental service was severely lacking.

The Bad: Post-Rental Issues
The customer service became chaotic immediately after the event:
Missing Return Label: The dress package did not include a pre-paid return label or postage.
Slow Follow-up: I waited 10 hours for a response regarding the missing label. Since the website requires a strict noon drop-off time, I had to use a friend's dress return information and paid for shipping myself to avoid a late fee.
Deposit Not Returned: Despite multiple follow-ups, I have never received the deposit credit for the dress.
Final Verdict
The service was great right up until the dress was back in their hands. When you combine the dress rental cost, the postage I paid, and the unreturned deposit, it would have been cheaper for me to purchase a new dress. I hope others have better luck.
